project worth it?

Hello everyone
I just found this Add locally

I would love to take on a project like this , and keep it for years

this one has like a liner inside , different to other I've seen
how hard would that be to replace that deck / transom
I checked some restorations thread online and not sure if this is going to be too much for me :)

what do you think ?
thanks in advance

OH YEAH it's a project all right, however have you priced new 20' boats lately?? You could redo this boat and add new power for 50% or less of what a new boat costs and have a bad ass heavy duty SeaCraft!!! I'm not prejudiced......really. :)

Sell the engine if your going to replace with new power, you should get at least 1/2 if not more of what the ask price if and use for materials

The trailer if you decided to upgrade could bring another $700 to $1000 for it.

If the transom gas tank is good you should be ok on it.
