Wooden under gunwale rod storage
 

I am looking for a winter project to add to the list. I have a 23' inboard and have the stock rod racks now. I have seen boats here that have forward storage racks that would be nice, but the ultimate would be something that I could lock to deter theft.

Ideas? Pics? or plans?

Even if yours are not teak - I'd like to see them.
