25 Seafari is finally getting some love

After a year of health related drama . . . I moved the 25 inside before the big snow storm and got a little work done.

TRS Gimbal off . . . old ford engine out . . . Ant colony evicted.

Glad to see ya doing some work on her!

Nice!

There were a few good deals on fuel injected small (and big) block bravo drives around greater Boston, a while back but I seem to recall you already scored something?

Also, if you are trying to get rid of excess cash, I can recommend some nice fuel tank options from Moeller. :D

Tim,
Hope the health drama is done and gone. Looking forward to seeing your project unfold.

I know exactly what you mean . . . I'm in awe every time I step into the garage and look at the hull.

Fish - I picked up a (350) Volvo BB260C and a set of Vortec heads, a 2516 Edelbrock Marine intake manifold, Holley 650 carb, and a set stainless marine exhaust manifolds. I also got a clean freshwater Volvo 290 drive. I still need 4" exhaust tips. Should be good enough to get her going. The fuel tanks and hoses are all in good shape . . . I will pull them anyways to replace both bulkheads, but they look new. Engine beds are peat moss.

Lovely, just lovely!

OF COURSE he's prejudiced, me too, and why not!

Best of luck getting her going.
