Just brought home an 89 20footer. Needs some simple cosmetic and she'll look great. Looking to replace this piece that is right above the switch panel and not sure the name of it. Please help me out. Thanks

instrument panel translucent drip guard?

I'm pretty sure you can just get a piece of tinted (or clear if you want to change) Plexiglas at a plastics shop to match it - should not be a big deal.
