Tsunami/Sceptre's turned Express
Does anyone have a Tsunami or Sceptre with the windshield removed? Seriously considering having a new hardtop built, removing the windshield and dropping eisenglass. Any photos? Any downsides? I love the boat but feel I would love it more minus the windshield.

Someone posted one in Hawaii that has that configuration. It looked really good! I believe it was a straight inboard too. It was a unique boat.

Wow, that looks awesome! Anything you don't like about it? Been in any snot with it?

Don't like the u zips rolling down and cutouts are way too small. I'm having them replaced with Strataglass with larger u zips that roll up. They are on heavy tracks on the bottom so they seem like they will handle a wave over the bow but I haven't put them to the test yet. I've only got about 4 hrs in 2 sea trials on glass seas so far. She's on blocks doing the bottom and a few other things so it will be a few weeks before I get the chance to really run her off.

Has it got enough rod holders?
Just kidding. It looks like one that was posted for sale a number of years back for about forty grand! But that one had a rather new diesel in it. |
wow great looking slide!!!!!!!!

Probably the same one. This was for sale in NY about 8 years ago. It has a 240hp Yanmar 4LHA and a BW vdrive. Still only has 200hrs on it.
