Hinges

So after 40 years of use, one of the console seat lid hinges on my 18 SF. broke and although I found similar and almost identical shaped hinges, I can't find any with screw holes that line up with the original holes and needless to say, I'm trying to avoid having to drill additional holes. The hinges are 2 & 3 hole combination with 2 holes on the upper plate that attaches to the lid and 3 holes in the lower plate that attaches to the base. They measure 1 1/2" wide x 2" long. If anyone has one or a pair of the original hinges they would be willing to part with or perhaps know where I can purchase a couple I would appreciate it. I know its a long shot but I thought I'd give it a try .
Sorry I don't know how to post pictures on this site but the hinges are similar in shape to GEM #1175
