I finished up most of the restore on my sled this spring. The interior needs attention, but it's usable including the 5 gallon bucket for the admiral.

After a lot of deliberation and a good price I went with a 135 HO E-tec, mounted on a Hermco Bracket. The fuel tank is new, battery is forward of the tank and I "embellished" the bow with a Good Automatic Windlass and anchor roller with 12" Bennett tabs in the rear. The boat was painted with Signature Finish, Matterhorn White topsides and Whisper Gray on the hull. The motor was installed in May and thats when the real fun began. After a lot of head scratching we went with a Viper 15 X 14p prop and believe it or not is mounted on the third hole up from the bottom.

Here's a few shots inside and out. To me the lines on these boats are a work of art and always get second looks and lots of comments.

Thank you Mr. Moesly and Mr. Potter.

I missed the finished product glad it was pushed back to the top so i could see !! Great work!!!! with all the etecs being hung on these old seacrafts you would think they would have a dealer working deals on them for us ...

It would at least make for good advertising, " whether your boat is a new boat or a 30 year old seacraft, E-tec is the motor for you!"

Thanks for the compliments. Just about ready to take the wraps off. I'll take some shots of inside the cabin, but I haven't really put the finishing touches on that yet. Had too much fun last season just using it after the long rebuild.

Getting excited to get her splashed for the season.
