20 Seacraft Measurements needed
 

So the boat is a 1969 20 Seacraft. The transom was a mess when I bought it. I need the width of the transom at the top. Boat has no outer skin so I am having to mold in a new transom. Boat otherwise is in solid shape. I'll make a thread for the build and will be asking some questions along the way.

Don't know if this helps but here are measurements I took off of a 76. I don't believe the dimensions have changes. The overall width at the widest point is 82 5/8" glass to glass (at the cap where the rub rail attaches).

Thank you for that. I have a big job ahead of me. I bought it for $200 with trailer, console, and a 50 gallon gas tank. I am a third generation Seacraft Owner. My grandfather owned a 19 with an I/O, my dad owned a 20 potter hull. And now I own one.

I have done a lot of work since these pictures. It cleaned up nice, solid stringers and hull under all the soil and plants.

Its amazing when you find these things like that...and I bet when the PO parked it 10 years ago he would not of sold it for 2k...go figure!

If you could do that, that would be incredible. Your boat is nice, a lot nicer than mine. These old ones are worth saving though

I think it was last registered in 1986. So she hasn't seen the water in a very, very long time. But I am motivated and already ordered everything to redo the transom
