Need advise from Master Anglers Owners that have raised their transom

I am raising my transom on my 78 MA from 20 to 25.
I think that I may have some issues with the bolts that secure the engine to the transom and the splash well on the inside.
I measured yesterday and it looks like it's right were the splash well is.

What have others done to get around this issue.
I want to hang the engine directly on the transom so a jack plate is out.
