My family has owned this boat since 1976. The boat has been cared for in every way and with some minor restoration you could have a brand new $50,000 boat!!!! The boat is in really great shape and my plans have been to restore the boat and make it brand new, but I do not have the time to work on it. Original 1975 115 Evinrude O/B. I have a lot of the original manuals, bill of sale etc!!!!

Boat is in Oakdale Long Island

Canvas and new seats!!!

Please take this off my hands I have been paying for storage for to long and would like to see the boat go to a good home.

I would love to see a person buy this boat restore it and enjoy it as much as my family has for the last 40 years.

$499

Mike

Nice sled, Looks almost just like my sceptre 20' before the restore. Same color and all. She is redone now but started out looking just like this one. Amazing just how much room is on this model. Yours would make a nice little project for someone, good luck on your sale.

Hey thanks a lot for the kind words.....It looks like you restore Sea Crafts. Any advise on how to make sure it gets a good home?

Looks like you don't the best thing you could already, that's listing it here. I would say the SeaCraft hulls I have sold were either listed here or contacts from here interested in boats I have had. I have used CL and have had lots of reply's from those adds but 9 out of 10 sales have resulted from this site. Paying the fee and listing here is by far your best bet. Or has been for me anyhow. Long as it is priced fair or around market value it will move. Some may not like what "market value" can be sometimes but we have no control over that. The right person comes along it will go.

Still for sale and looking for feedback

I have been contacted by a lot of great people interested in the boat. I think my price is very fare for the great condition the boat is in...it does not need any fiberglass work at all.

Questions??? Could I be priced to low and throwing people of on how great a shape the boat is in.....

I think you just need to find the right person in the right area or the right person willing to travel to get the hull. It is priced well and that may worry some causing them to think it may have problems priced that cheap. But anyone wanting an sceptre 20' hull would appreciate this deal apond inspection if it is in good condition. Give it time, you have not had it up here long. If it was a cc it would be probably gone by now. The 20 sceptre is a more rare hull that is not as sought after as much as the cc. It is a great lay out and has tons of room but most people seem to want a cc in the 20's for fishing and such. The older power may be a hold back but the right person would snatch this up, repower and have a nice usable hull. Im sure as time passes some one will jump at this, just need to find the right person who wants this model hull.
