Sceptre Cabin step ladder
 

I am trying to locate or fabricate the original cabin step ladder to the bow of my 23 Sceptre. I have heard rumors they once came with the boats. Does anyone have one to sell or has plans for building them or can shoot photos of one???

I got a broken one with my boat and Rod Anderson (Otterhound )rebuilt it for me. Mitch (Flexpat) made me new plastic clips for the companionway using 3D printing. But you will need the metal pieces that go on the ladder itself unless you have a source. Search the forum under "Sceptre cockpit ladder clips work" and scroll down. You will see a pic.
Tell me what pics you need an I can take some.

Hey Jon. Thanks for the response your ladder looks great! If at all possible can you take a close-up pict of the hinge system you have there? Gotta figure out how to duplicate that. Thanks!
