Damn Terry you got it bad!!! Not too sure I can be of help, you need serious professional treatment. I suggest Spidercrab! :)

Nice! Now you are truly ready for the the next Gathering. Does it have a luggage rack capability on top for GFS to sleep?

You are a sick twisted man with entirely too much time on your hands... cool find!

The shop next to us sells RV`s. Bill, the owner has one too, and could be a good racehorse if you need guidance or parts. |
Those air streams are sooooo cool. I had looked at a few online and would love to have one some day. I couldn't believe what they were going for restored or in crap worth nothing condition. They seem to hold value almost better than the sc boats...

Congrats on your score. Is this one in good condition or are you planning on a restore/project? Love to see some more pics of it. |
Agreed! more pics!
I bet the interior scream of the "Leave it to Beaver" era. |
It needs a total rehab inside, and that is why I bought it. Running gear is great, just towed it 1500 miles to get it home. I will post pictures in a few days.

Wally Byam was right up there with Carl Moesly in my book !
Airstream has always been one of my personal favorites. My grand parents owned one in the 60's to go out west every year from Daytona to Vegas.. My dad had a 1978 28 Airstream Argosy motorhome.. Wally's stepson started Revcon Motorcoach in the early 70's using the Olds Toronado front wheel drive stub frame with the 455 to power those beautiful works of art... Was blessed that I was able to own Revcon motorhomes while my kids were small and growing up! True engineering marvels that will never go out of style... Congrats Terry !! |
