Do you reconise this hull bottom?

This was built by Croswait Custom Composites here in Wanchese, NC. Soon as I seen it, was obvious it had some Moesly design built into the bottom of it. Kinda reminds me of a big version of the 25 seafari with fountain's notched rear design. Never seen a hull built with steps both ways (longitudinal and cross hull) Seems like that would put a lot of air under the hull. Wonder how it dose in a fast sharp turn? That much air would make me think that the rear of the hull would blow out and come out from under it when cornering hard. Very nice looking hull indeed. Next time Im down in Wanchese I will have to take a look. I think they are talking about producing these maybe? They also have other hulls they have done that have some seacraft inspiration in them as well. Cool hull never the less...

That hull has a lot going on. Looks great but maybe could use some weight up front. 24 degree deadrise with the sea craft bottom? 1200 ponies...70 top end?

70 mph top end ? I suppose those NC SKA boys are drooling -------> hey BA17 you looking ?

Aaron Croswait built the majority of the boat along with Chris Walker from molds and jigs we provided but it will be labeled as a Tribute 37. The plan is to have Aaron provide the parts and the final assembly rigging and finishing will be done at the Tribute facility in Jupiter. First run we saw 80.5 but only turning about 5600 rpm's. Was told that those engines don't start creating their power until 6400 with the rev limiter at 7200. Completely wrong props on her now, 5 blade 30's. Should have another set to run this week. The boat is far from finished and it will have about 600lbs more weight fwd so the bow will come down about 5 1/2" and stern lift about 3". We are expecting low 90's once dialed in. She turns very well at high speed by tracking on the aft longitudinal steps.

Wow! Yeah Capt Chuck, I'm looking. I'm sure it will be out of my price range but I would love to have it. 90????

It is a beautiful boat. I think you need a bigger trailer though.

looks fast standing still ...FlyingTime is Chris Walker from NJ .I watched him grow up on the docks in Cape May County...I think he went into boat design/engineering
