Thought I would share how terrible the weather is around here in January for the NE folks. Tuesday afternoon Grouper digging!

Sorry Florida boys but we are still boating up north.

We just repowered a 31 Rybo Runner with twin 300 Suzukis and did seatrials day before yesterday. Air temp: 25 degrees. Water temp: 41 Seas: Calm WOT: 6300 rpms Speed: 57mph Location: MAINE!!

I have a video to share but not sure how to post it. Besides having the tears freeze to our cheeks, it was a pretty nice day :)

Hey Kenny, I think Ed has some serious issues!! At 25 degrees why would you even leave the house, let alone mess with a way below zero wind chill at 57 mph? That's crazy. :)

I have been sick as a dog but there was no way I was going to miss that seatrial.

You need to scroll down once you get on our facebook page. There are two Rybo videos. One with me driving and one with me recording from our dock.
We only lasted about 10-15 minutes before the ice cream headaches were unbearable.

Ya know Ed, I'll admit that's a really cool video....pun intended!!! :)

Glad you liked it guys. We haul, launch and seatrial boats year round but most are not nearly as exciting. At this time of year it is usually lobster boats or a navy safeboat.
