Is the tank and motor original?

Zack1121 04-06-2017 07:39 PM

I believe it is original tank the motor is a Honda 225 four stroke

I had an '85 scepter and it had an aluminum 144 gl. tank.

BTW, I had plans to replace it with two tanks, an 80 and a 50 or something in that category. I simply did not use enough fuel on a typical day out fishing to warrant having 140 gl. in the tank and I liked keeping my tanks full; less condensation!

Our 1986 23CC holds 136 gallons.

I have a 1986 23 Sceptre, original tank with a capacity of 123 gallons.

Looks like what the tank holds and the tank's capacity are two different things.(70 gal)

My 89 20 was 70.

For a Potter era outboard powered Septre, 100 gallons is what's in the specs, 72 gallons for an I/O.
