Well actually is was a buddy of mine that brought it. He know I was starting to look for a trailer and saw this one that was being given away. It needs some love but for free I can't complain

Single axel in Fl. Shouldn't require trailer brakes-that will help keep costs down

excellent find, I would be thrilled to find something like this.

Changed the supports for the bunks and found that the tounge was completely rusted out. Going to replace it install the winch and stand and new tires and fenders.

Oh and the lights also

So how much did you end up spending to get it operational

jorgeinmiami 04-14-2017 02:09 PM

I think I'll be at +/- $500 or so
Whatbi found to be incredibly over priced were the tires at West marine they are 159 each. Wal-Mart has the for 53 each. How they stay in business is incomprehensible to me

TomParis 04-14-2017 08:06 PM

yeah I was looking at that myself, my trailer has 13' tires to buy the rim and tire at Walmart is 83.00 but I am sure at West Marine would be way more.

Walmart's fishing section has been improving, I bought a second anchor with 100' of anchor line for 40.00
