Bilge help

OK I need some advice for those of you that have had a hull stripped down to nothing (Kmoose) and others!!

I have realized that the port side of my bilge is holding water and not draining to the drain in the stern. I have a pump on that side but the water that it cannot get stays put.

I figure there must be a clogged drain or pass through in the the main keel stringer but have no idea where this is having never ripped my boat down to zero.

I have included a couple pics but they do not reveal much. If anyone knows of this issue or can enlighten me to where this water should be draining I would most appreciate it!

Eric, bilge water happens and getting it all out on our boats can be a challenge if you have the center stringer. The first person who rebuilt my boat added a pass through hole but it was less than effective most of the time as it always was clogged up. The solution other than what you have done by adding a pump on that side is about all you can do unless you drill for a second drain in the back. You can always go like I did and remove the stringer but there is a substantial amount of glass work that needs to done and I am sure access for you is limited which always make fixing things like this tough. Any mod you do either by adding a pass through or removal will be ugly. If the water concerns you I would opt to install a second drain plug for that side as that would be the less intrusive.
