Need Help in Miami

I have a 2004 Classic 20CC and looking to have the drains in the floor of the boat near the transom replaced because they are discolored and cracking. My mechanic says he can't do it. Looking for someone that (preferably) works on Seacrafts in the Miami area.

Does anyone have any direction?
