Finally Completely Encolsed

It only took 10 years, but I finally completely enclosed my Pilot House on my 27. I did it to stop the annoying Whining Sound coming from the back (Family and Friends) when there was a heavy Southwest wind in the sound. LOL They would get a little wet! It just so happens New England Trim is right down the street from my Shop in Shrewsbury, so it worked out great. Matt did a nice job. It has been a while since I did any real upgrades. I am also making new Aluminum Seat Bases. The rear seat will hold 16 Of the Plano Stow Away Tackle Boxes.

Looks great, Dan and welcome back. How many hours on that D6 now? Still problem free?

I did not know that commuted from the Cape to Shrewsbury. That is a haul.

Have you seen Paul Cuddy around? I need to send him a card with updated pictures of his old boat.

Hi Ed

I still live on the Cape. The wife bought a house in Lowell. I have a business in Shrewsbury so I keep it there in the winter. I haven't seen Paul but he is in Florida now..

And I forgot to mention. I have about 1300 hours on the engine and outdrive. No major issues knock on wood. I have the out drive off right now because I wanted to check the U joints as I am supposed to check them at 1000 hours. Everything looked fine I'm just going to throw it back on and check it again in another five years.
