In the day and age with cheap products, poor service and empty promises I think it is important to acknowledge excellence. Sal at E-RIGGER was excellent. I originally called to ask questions about my e-riggers on a recently purchased used boat. He said to send them down and I'll take care of it and that he did. One day turn around and free shipping back to me. Unbelievable.
