1999 (23' - SeaCraft Ctr Console) Sunk at Dock

Anybody have any experience with a 99 23' Car Console sinking at the dock ? Mine went down today, there was a faulty pump with high water alarm that went off and drained the batteries. . . . . no clear path as to how the water got in the boat and swamped. No rain, through hull connections seem alright, the marina working on it is targeting the scuppers which sit partially in the waterline ? ?

How does it sit with the rear in-floor live well full?

I had a leak in one of my scuppers on my ‘98. I discovered it after I repowered with a big four stroke. My bilge pump kept cycling on and off while I was anchored and two of us were standing in the stern throwing chunks 30 miles out. The water never filled the trough enough to come onto the deck. You might want to check the scuppers.

Could it have been caught under the dock somehow with a rising tide?
