New V6 Mercs?

Anybody seen the new Merc V6 in service? I was thinking about a 150 on my 23' Sceptre after Big's success, but the 225 seems like it might be even better.

Shoot why not the 300 hp V-8? :)

Well, $ for starters, then there’s weight. I think based on Big’s results, I’d probably be pretty satisfied with the 150, but the new 225 sure looks attractive. No Customs duty on US mfg motors, I know a guy on-Island who was Merc certified (now lapsed). No dealers around, so getting warranty work done will be impossible. Thought about looking for a 225/250 low hours take off Zuke, but haven’t stumbled across an irresistible deal yet.

I know nothing about this specific engine, but there is a used 2006 250 Zuke with 370 hours in FL on ebay for short money. 150 merc works. It's no speed demon, but I did 155 mile trip last weekend @ 30mph.
