2 questions-Where can I find these?

My rod holders have this line with a key ring on one end and a snap hook on the other. The key ring goes thru the holder and the slide it attaches to. Is this something that can be purchased or is it homemade? What would go on the gunnel fishing rod racks to hold the rods in place?

I believe I saw the bulk cord in West Marine. They should have the clips as well.

Bungee cord and SS Hog rings...
As boo said West M has it all in stock as well as a better hardware store..

BTW: buy the hog ring pliers, well worth the small cost of them !

What they said above. I will add that heat shrink gives a nice finishing touch to cover the hog rings

My thanks to you all. I'll be visiting HF & West Marine.

Vendor on THT makes paracord leashes that are nice and easy enough to DIY.

The bungee cord & hog rings are good for your vertical rod holders.
This is what you want for a safety lanyard for rods, pliers etc. Either one make sure you get the Stainless Steel ones ! They are retractable and already heat shrinked
Available on eBay :)

Thanks Capt. Chuck. Just what the doctor ordered!

Get the red ones for your port side & the green ones for the starboard side rods.
Add the Gucci touch ...?. Whatever you choose, post a picture for others.

Thanks again Capt. Chuck. I'll post pics as I go along. Most of the gel coat repairs have been completed, just waiting for a few good days of shine so I can spray the gel coat over the patches. In the meantime, I'm nitpicking the ole gal.
