Mate Series Stainless Steel Cup/Rod Holders

Anyone have any personal experience? Good reviews and good idea. Considering for improvement of the MA makeover. TIA

I've installed a handful of them for our customers (mostly on Regulators), and they seem nicely made, and of good quality. Install was straightforward. They are spendy though.

I wanted to put them on my Sceptre last winter during the refit, but the budget was well and truly blown by the time I got to the rod holder install.
I bought a couple of their plastic versions with stainless trim rings, and they did the job for not a fortune.

Disclaimer: I don't fish (I know, I know...), so I don't actually use them for holding rods, but for other stuff like fenders, a small grill, table for snacks, beers etc.

I've got a half dozen of them. They are quality and heavy duty. There's a couple guys on the hull truth that sell new ones at a discounted rate. I got the round elite with the blind fasterners and stainless backing plate. They came with the fasterners. Retail they're $140 each. The guys over there sell them for $90-100.

Sounds good guys. Thank you!

Went a little overboard on the .316 Boat Jewelry. Found a great deal on Mate Series Elite screwless rod/cup holders, along with Accor 6” Pop Up cleats. Backing plates are very pricey as well. Ebay has a seller in Miami, Miami Pro Sports or something. Emailed thru Ebay, and ultimately ended up ordering and purchasing via text, and then PayPal. Free shipping, and the two boxes way a ton! Arrived in three days, as promised. Best deal I was able to find. Just an FYI.
