Seahoss 27

Hi this is Fred Cartwright, seahoss27
No bones found this 1986 sea craft and few other guys. I was lucky enough to pick it up and bring it home to Ormond Beach Fl. I pulled the center console to find hole in front tank. Pulled both tanks, put new aluminum tanks in. Beefed them up from1/8” to 3/16” thick aluminum and powder coat and new bulk heads. Ended up putting new composite floor in, new hardware, laches gen lux.
In the end, Everything has been changed- new rigging, wiring and rub rail taco. Build was 18 months with still a little more to do. The 27cc rides like a dream, hit 50 mph with twin f225. After changing Bennett trim tab pump the only thing I didnÂ’t change failed me was hitting 44 mph with no tabs at 5,000 rpms. Best boat IÂ’ve ever purchased or road on. Many more pics to come!!

Welcome Fred and thank you for sharing your pictures of your 27.

I too have a 27 - 1986 27 Tournament. If you have any questions or just want to bend my ear, shoot me a note.
