23’ CC 1983 Opinions?

Going to try to take a look at a 1983 23’ CC tomorrow.

Would this be a Potter built hull?

Has an enclosed transom with bracket.

I’m assuming the transom has been redone.

Not sure what kind of shape it’s in, only seen a couple of pics

Wondering what the CSC braintrusts opinion is in this hull.

Thank you.

That year is too new to be a Potter built boat.

I have a ‘83 20 SF. I believe they were built by SeaCraft Industries in Tampa. Do a search there’s plenty of timeline info. No complaints with my ‘83. I’ve owned a Potter hull and didn’t see too many differences. The cap on my ‘83 wasn’t as solid as my Potter.

Boat sold before I had a chance to see it. I think my wallet is happy about that though. I don’t really need a 3rd boat project. I’m in the middle of putting my ‘74 20’ SF back together.

But it went for real short money.

We all know how that goes, it’s an affliction I tell you
