Fun, fun! With all the mods we did to my Tsunami cap it was easier to build an entire new cap from Nidacore and glass it right to the hull. About the same amount of work to record but much lighter and with it glassed to the hull it adds a lot more rigidity.

I just finished stripping all the plywood & cork out of my cap this weekend and have been wondering how to maintain the shape of the sheerline and crown (if any). I'm concerned that after i glass, core, glass with 3/4 divinycell that it will be too stiff to conform to the existing sheer. curious to see how anyone else has done it as i planned to lay the cap on a concrete floor to keep it flat while i build it back.
