18' stern door latches

I just put some new stainless steel hinges on the teak doors that are on the back of my 18. I now want to put some cool latches on them but I am not finding anything I like. Any suggestions?

I've been thinking about that, but, the way mine are mortised, I haven't found anything that has the same footprint.
