1986 walk around
 

i just bought a '86 walk around at auction. boat had sunk in storm on a mooring. engine dead soft spot in deck, mud everywhere and half tower was cut off. looking for suggestions on :
a. new deck
b. repower
c. fuel tanks
d. trailer
boat will be used for inshore/ offshore fishing east end of long island/ block island maybe vineyard.
any and all help /suggestions greatly appreciated as I'm on a budget
