Deck drains/ console dimentions

I am in the process of converting a Septre to a CC. I have a couple of questions. I need the dimensions for the stock 23’ large console. And, it is my understanding that the boat is considered a wet boat, because the deck drains are below the waterline, and they drain drain straight down to through hull drain. Is there a solution to this without plugging the exits on the bottom and allowing the deck to drain into the bilge.

Lots of people have done this, although to those of us who own Sceptres or Seafaris it seems sacrilegious. Suggest you search for a Bushwacker post on how this removes some of the inherent stiffness and what you may due to overcome that. His analogy is twisting a shoebox with a lid on it versus one without. Best wishes whatever you do.

Use the search function. A zillion threads on this issue plus many other questions you soon will be facing are quite informative solutions plus many with how to photos !
Enjoy the reads and welcome to CSC.
