Tank and deck repair

Been a while since I've posted here. Have a 1984 23' that we redid some time ago. At the time we decided against doing the fuel tank. Well that bit us in the ass as it is now leaking. There was a small soft spot so we are doing a new deck also. Wanted to get some input on tank size and positioning, and also on deck layout. Boat has a 350 verado and the 100 gallon tank has been more than adequate. Going to raise the deck a hair for making it easier ingress and egress when diving. Boat has a hermco bracket for twins. I'll post some pics of the destruction that took place yesterday.
