FREE - 1973 Safari project boat

I need to clean out my stash of project boats and hope someone here would be interested in a 1973 Seacraft Safari hull and trailer. The boat sits on a bunk trailer that looks as if it could roll right away. The boat needs the transom to be re-cored (skin has been removed already and the rotted core dug out). The decks are solid with the exception of a small spot just forward of the motor well. There is no motor or fuel cell with the boat. The boat was originally delivered with an outboard and has sat covered for the last 10 years. I cut off the cover a couple months ago and power washed the boat and took inventory of everything inside. The boat originally came from Oklahoma and was last registered there. I an giving this hull and trailer combo away to someone who wants to restore it. Both trailer and hull will be given away with a bill of sale only. Both would be easy to register in VT and then title in your state of choice. I'm not asking and money for the package. The boat and trailer are located in Hyannis, MA (Cape Cod). Send me a DM if interested. I have a lot of pictures to share that were taken after washing the boat Thanks.

Oh my !!
You must post pics as my 1998 Sears catalog is getting very thin on the pages.
Now that I, myself are in the process of redoing a 1974 Seafari need all the visual
porn that I can get .......

That configuration looks identical to my 72 Seafari. I?m guessing Potter did not incorporate the raised cockpit sole and taller 2-piece windshield with the extra non-opening panel a the bottom that was moved forward 12-18? until ?74 or ?75!

same as my 73

This is just like my old 73 Seafari, same windshield configuration, same side pockets, helm, dash, etc. Still the most fishable, confidence inspiring boat I've run.

Hey Denny - just think - that would make a great tender for the Defevre !!

Tender my ass - I could have done the whole loop in it, much more comfortably than one guy who did it in a 20? Robalo center console! But I would have needed to add a much bigger fuel tank, and the Admiral would have refused to join me!
