Agreed..........except for the warranty.

Strike that.....looks like a 3 year. I checked on the 400R a few years ago and seems like it was 1 year then. I say go for it!

The performance curves on the “R” motors are centered on the top end. My choice would be the V6 300.

If you look at how much HP the R motors put out at cruising rpm vs. fuel consumption, any time you're not running balls-to-the-wall, the 300 is a much smarter choice.

Spoke to my cousin at Bass Outdoor and quoted the 300 at just under $23k with digital

Does that include tax? A Df300 is running $19.5k out the door with digital controls and prop.

When I had it done it was like $350 for install and in service.
