Wet slip considerations

I'm considering a wet slip for my 23' in SE SC. I refurbished this boat 10 years ago and painted inside and out with Awlgrip. I realize I'll need to bottom paint the boat and hate the idea, but really am tired of the public boat landings especially on weekends. Any thoughts/pros/cons for the CSC braintrust?

Awlgrip on bottom might not like being continually submerged
