23’ Seavette

Anyone know much about the Sevette model ?

I have an outboard model that needs pretty much everything. It looks to me as if they took a standard center console deck and made a secondary Seavette deck. This secondary deck is bonded/fastened to the inside of the center console deck thus giving it the unique look. The deck/deck joint is covered up with the piece of teak trim you see. As you know the floor is a complete different ballgame and is modified heavily.

Interesting ....do you know if that was a Seacraft factory model or some sort of after market boat ? Hull same as the CC/ Sceptre ?
Don’t see many......fairly slick -racy looking but wonder if same build quality etc.
Thanks for the info

The hull as far as I can tell is the same as the other 23's. I'm torn between leaving mine as is and converting it to a center console. I really hate the fact that I would be destroying a very rare sportboat. Maybe someone will come and want to trade lol!

Yes it was a factory model using the standard 23' hull. Same build quality as all SCs of the Potter era.

If anyone has any, I would love to see some pics of the inside layout of one.
