Additionally, items such as sea water strainer, pumps, fuel filter, and thru hulls were moved and replaced to provide better serviceable access and tidy up the bilge. New impeller, belt, and hose clamps were installed. 1 new house and 1 new battery installed. Electrical connections/wiring were either gone over or replaced. Electric hatch lifters installed on doghouse. Summer 2019, 2 new axles, 4 new hubs, and 4 new wheels were installed on the trailer. 2 new switches panels were installed on dash. Winter of 2020, engine received new elbows/risers, exhaust hoses, shaft log, and dripless shaft seal. In Spring of 2021, the hull was painted with Alexseal Fighting Lady Yellow. It was done outside, and is an 8/10, and gets a ton of compliments. There are a few thin spots, but overall, I was very pleased how it turned out. The cockpit is typically painted yearly with Interlux Brightside. There are some scratches, spider cracks, and chips that could be fixed. The boat was fished regularly, putting about 650 hours on it during my 4 years ownership. Summer 2021, a new thermostat and starter were installed on the engine. Trailer lights were also rewired. Engine oil always changed around 100 hours of use. Fuel treated with Stabil on every fuel up. The bilge, exhaust, shaft, and shaft seal all have full access. The fuel tanks have partial access, with 1/3 of the tank being underneath the deck. Currently, the back hatch is sealed down via silicone, and can simply be pulled up to show prospective buyers underneath there. The front of the doghouse opens up, providing access to the electrical components of the boat. The seat in front of the doghouse opens up to provide access to the front of the engine, forward bilge pump, hydraulic autopilot pump, and a handful of other components. You can access the steering ram, fuel filter, fuel lines, fuel pickups/valves, and trimtab reservoir via the stern compartment of the boat. Prior to my ownership, the previous owner re-cored the deck. The fuel tanks are coated in some sort of coating (done before my ownership). There is one 1x1 spot on the starboard bow gunnel that has delaminated where a new rod holder was installed. On the port VHF antenna, a 6x6 area around the attachment needs to be re-cored. |
