I am doing a 166 gallon fuel tank with a 22 gallon water tank that will sit behind it.

WOW! Thats awesome, you will have the range to get to France! Looking good

TMala, thanks! Ya that fuel tank might be overkill. It was actually for a 30 Scarab project that I am selling in lieu of the Sea Craft. I modified it some, I just hope it will fit under the floor!

80 - 100 gallons is all you need in the 23 for 250+ mile range. I feel like the 135 gallon tracker tanks were so big and pushed so far forward . . . it made for a wet ride when they were full (and wet feet too).

Thanks for the insight! I know you have a lot of experience with these hulls. I am planning a bracket with twins this winter (I was also planning to have the tank done beginning of spring...) so hopefully that will balance out the center of gravity?
