Best Boat Shed for Seacraft Work

I bought a 79 MA potter hull last year that has had plenty of updated work and modifications. I would like to take it to the next level with some of my own ideas and modifications. I'm looking for a one stop shop to bring it in September. Located anywhere between SC and Florida would be great, thanks for the help.
