Does anyone have a bow rail for 23 sceptre

Does anyone have a bow rail for 23 sceptre that they want to part with? Also interested in any suggestions for an alternative way to set up the forward deck. I presently have no bow rail and it is terrifying to go forward to handle the anchor.

Thanks,
PK

When we first got our Sceptre about 6 years ago I installed a deck hatch in the foredeck.
That was a gamechanger. Allowed us (i.e. my wife) to work the deck without having to actually go out on it.
We used to just drop the anchor by hand but about a year or so ago I installed an electric Lewmar windlass.
That was one of the best decisions ever.
Expensive but worth it. (Sorry, no pics of the windlass install, but you can see the hatch in the pics below. Unless google photos is screwing with me again...)

My Sceptre also came to me with a really nice welded ss rail and a nice big teak pulpit.
That helped a little too.

I have a bow bow rail on my Sceptre. I also have a foredeck hatch, similar to what erebus shows on his. I use that to manage anchoring when I don't want to be out on the foredeck, for whatever reason.

The hatch really makes all the difference!
Someone asked me off-line for more info on the hatch I installed.
Maybe I'll take a bunch of close-ups of how I installed it, and how I modified the anchor locker bulkhead next time I'm on the boat.
Ill post them when I do.

thanks for the suggestions

Thanks for your inputs. A vertical windlass is definitely in the cards. I had one on my Blackfin which worked great. I never used the foredeck hatch on my other boats except for ventilation (and a source of leaks). Those boats had a lot bigger foredecks and sturdy railings so using the hatch to work forward was not as practical or needed.
