23' potter hull floor decks

I have a 1979 23' potter hull. I want to pull up the decks and reseal the decks properly. There are esstially 4 sections that appear to be screwed in together. A port side panel, and stb side panel and then a middle panel over the gas tank and a panel in front of the engine well. Any ideas what material to use to reseal? What about the deck screws. I am missing a few here and there. Do you think I need to loctite (or another material) the screws back into place? Please and thanks.

Peter,
Do you have a picture? your deck along the port and stb, should be glassed into the liner. As far as the deck hatches/access i would reseal them with 4200 embedding a thick fishing line underneath for when you need to get it open again.
