NADA gives a retail price on the hull between 6.2-7.1k and for the motor 6.3-7.2k. Figuring at the low retail NADA is telling me 12.5k. I know we should be looking at NADA wholesale not retail seeing...

Re: 23 cc fixer upper

Sounds like your priced right. I'd been looking for a 1970's SeaCraft 23' hull until coming across a restored 74' 23 with twin I/O's. Most 20's in the NE area in need of restoration, but barely...

Need survey for 74' SeaCraft.

Any recommendations as to finding a surveyor familiar with older SeaCraft's. Boat's located in southern Mass, near Braintree.

Re: Advise on buying 1987 Seacraft 23' hull.

Haven't put an offer on it. From the posts I've read I'm better off finding something up and running. If anyone is interested I can pass the contact info. on. It's located just north of Portland...

Re: Seacraft hull ID number question

What year did hulls first come with hull identification numbers? I heard 72/73. What are the implications of a seller not having a title? I bought a 73' SeaCraft a few years ago that did not have a...

Re: Advise on buying 1987 Seacraft 23' hull.

It's in Maine. Just took a quick look at it. It was covered with snow and if I remeber he didn't have the title. I had a very nice 1973 SeaCraft 20' that I should have held on to.

Advise on buying 1987 Seacraft 23' hull.

I'm looking for a 23' that's in need of repower (outboard). Having just discovered this web site I'd like any input available. I recently came across a 1978 23' that had sunk on it's mooring 3 years...
