Restoring the bottom on my 23 sf

It had bottom paint on it. I had it sandblasted and the gel coat is pretty bad. It has pits and spots where you can see fiberglass. The question is how should I refinish the bottom? I don't leave it...

Change of mind. Decided to replace whole transom....

Been working on the boat on and off but haven't been able to post. I finished the stringers with two layers of 1708. Then We glassed some marine plywood to put the gas tank on and glassed them down...

Mine did have foam on the sides. But I am not putting the foam back in. The temp was in the low 80s when I poured the foam.
