I have a 72" shaft 24 volt Minn-Kota that was on the bow of my 23' Sceptre. The previous owner used it to slow troll live bait for stripers. If someone wants it, send me a PM.

250 Suzuki or 250 Yahama both 4 strokes sounds like almost idenical performance. It is amazing how much prices differ between reigons of the country. I quess it all depends on your local people....

Put a Yahama F250 on my 78 Sceptre last year. I have a top similar to yours an an armstrong bracket
Performance: 28 mph with 3.1 mpg with three people and 100 gal of fuel. Top end is 46 mph.

I have a F250 Yamaha on a bracket. WOT 45 mph, I picked up 5 mph over the old 225 on the tramsom.

I just put a 250 4s Yamaha on my 23 Sceptre along with twin 150 4s Yamahas on my 23 Savage. To tell you the truth, I can not tell you which power combo I like best. The 250 is a little better on fuel...

Try cutting the foam with a presure washer. It will make a mess but the foam disapears.

EZ Loader Trailer for 23'
2001 EZ Loader trailer, new disc breaks and actuator last year, spare tire, boarding ladder.
Endured is going to get painted white on the bottom. I do not like like "black" marks from the rollers....

I did reply. $150 plus actual UPS charges. The tabs are 12" X 18" with rams, pump, hoses, wiring harness and new rocker switch.

I think they are 12"x18". I will confirm measurment. Tabs are complete with pump, hoses, wiring harness and new dash mounted switches.

1998 Suzuki 225hp DT225T
Time for a new tramsom and bracket. The old Suzuki 225 is for sale. $2,500 gets it ALL. Going back with a Yamaha 250 4s 30" shaft. Pushes the 23 Sceptre at 38 mph @ 4950 rpms.
