Dan, I believe it would be 1.25" for the shaft. Are u sure that engine wont swing a bigger wheel? More like 15"?

I have a 25' Sea vee inboard. In 2001 I repowered with a 300hp PCM 350HO carbed FWC engine. (eng. now going for 6500.00) I paired it to a Hurth 1.5-1 trans. Now with 1800hrs it has run flawlessly....

CUTTING TUNA DOOR IN STERN OF INBOARD

I HAVE A 1983 25' SEA VEE INBOARD BOAT. IT IS MUCH THE SAME AS A SEA CRAFT. HAS ANYONE EVER TRIED TO FABRICATE A TUNA DOOR? I AM SURE YOU WOULD HAVE TO STRENGTHEN THE SURROUNDING AREA AND FOAM TOO....
