I'm still here, still have Red but the transom is pretty much shot and she's not safe to take out. I'll be doing a complete rebuild starting in the summer, OR moving up to a 23.

Stock omc props have diameter/pitch stamped on the end of the hub. The prop nut washer hides the number. Maybe stock merc props are the same.

Looks great. If that 4900 rpm was wide open, I wouldn't run it with that prop anymore. To much pitch will kill that motor early. 20" pitch is a lot of prop for a 150 on an 18' cc.
