It is a twenty mle run out to 90fott Drop and 14 Buoy. The sailfiish mahi Hoo's and King are all over the place right now, thru mid to the end of august

Mine's not a classic either as it a 2002, I know shame shame shame, but it is what I wanted. Beaufort is about 2 hours from Wilmington.

Wind Tide Fish'n Report
On Tues 6/26/2007 My son Chase (3.5 yo) and I left Beaufort NC Inlet @7am headed 28nm to 14 Buoy to Kite & Bottom Fish. Our tally for the day on the bottom was 15 lbs. Black Tip Shark, & a 25 lbs....
