O.B. water over the transom

is there a problem with the 23 spectre without a bracket, just the low cut straight transom, having water sloshing in when you slow down, or in a heavy sea? Ihave noticed soom o.b. with a bucket on...

there are a few other 23 sceptres I am concidering, besides the diesel I.B., which is heavier ? 2 165 hp. 4 clys., alfa drives, or a single 350 block with still an alfa drive? and wich do you think...
