Re: 18' seacraft priceing...
That's a very fair price. I paid $6500 for the same year boat and motor (mines a Johnson 115) almost a year ago. Everything is solid and it had all new awgrip, but needed a trailer.

Re: 18' seacraft help
I'll chime in here. I fished out of a 20 for years in south FL and it is by far the best riding 20' boat out there. Did you get wet in the 20, yes we did but we went out in just about any weather ...

Fred, call Steve @ East Coast Trailers up here in Orlando.
I know it would be a drive but he has the best prices on aluminum trailers.

Re: prop time, 18 cc 150 johnson
This is interesting.
I have 2002 Johnson 115 on my 1989 18CC and am running a 18 pitch Cyclone 4 blade. I'm getting about 36-37 MPH @ 5400 WOT with 3/4 fuel, another person and typical fishing...

Re: To T-top or not...that is the question
Thanks guys.
I talked to Bill from BT's this week and he assured me he can build anything I want. I don't mind the folding knuckles as I had them on another boat without incident but it is a PITA...

Re: To T-top or not...that is the question
Chuck, if I can't get a folding one, I'll have to consider another option due to my storage arrangement and those will be limited, unless I want to keep the SC outside...which I don't :(
I talked...

Re: To T-top or not...that is the question
Snook, not a big fan of a bimini top but I may be forced to go that way if I can't come up with something else.
Reel, what makes the top a Key West? Is it the smaller front (I know it's smaller...

Re: Jackplates?
Snook, I found his post(s) and it looked like he had a 10" with that 175 and only had minimal squatting .

Jackplates?

Re: Thru hulls?
Thanks FS.
Looking in the bilge last night, it doesn't look like I have enough room for the seacock on the overflow, just a little bit too tight. Thanks for the help.

I may add a secondary access thru the back of the floor livewell to get to it as well. If I don't use the...
