If you have an auto painter that will do Imron Do it!!!! You will be much happier with the Imron than Awlgrip. If I had the money I would do Imron on every boat I did.

Imron is better for a boat but its very expensive. I've sprayed both of them Imron comes out alot better and lasts alot longer it can be polished up easier. They use Imron on everything expensive...

Yea we used an adjustable angle indicator to find the right angle and then cut the teak to the right angle so its all flush to the console.

My dad has been working away on this helm pod for me. He went with alot of curve on the front to make it more custom but alot more work involved. Here it is needs a little more sanding on the edges...

Ok thanks I was on that site but I didn't see a rubrail that just had the lip on the bottom. It seemed like all of rubrail.com had lips on bottom and top.

I just put the fuel tank hatch on my 20 foot seacraft out of 1/2 inch coosa with 1708 on both sides It was plenty strong super light and the coosa will only absorb 2% water at most should water ever...
