I have seen this boat, Ilive in the Cape.
It was located at Cape Tool and tackle for a while. The rubrail has been taken off. There are numerous holes on the lip. There is also a wierd splashwell...

I had CL Mattson & CO in Tampa make the tank. It was about 8-9 dollars a gallon and about 1 -1.5 weeks turn around.
